The website “Nemiran” (Immortals) was established and managed in 2020 by a group of relatives of people who have been victims of the crimes of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran – including executions, assassinations, enforced disappearances, etc.

2- Political and intellectual guidelines of Nemiran website

The Nemiran website belongs to the Nemiran Foundation and is completely independent, with no political or ideological affiliation. Its founders and administrators act voluntarily committed to the specific goals set on the website without any political, ideological and material affiliation.

3- Main goals of Nemiran website

In the first step, the Nemiran Foundation collects, records and categorizes documents and any information, including the names, identities, reports, memoirs, biographies, and manuscripts of the victims. In general, it collects all the documents that indicate and prove the commission of systematic crimes and human rights violations by the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Kurdish ethnicity, whether in Kurdistan or in other parts of Iran. For this reason, the Nemiran Foundation has created a precise, comprehensive and reliable database including the names, the manner of executions and the dates and places of burial of the victims. It publishes this information for access to the public, organizations, institutions active in the field of investigation of the crimes of the Islamic Government of Iran, as well as human rights institutions in three languages: English, Kurdish and Persian. We believe to prevent the Islamic Republic of Iran to distort and to conceal these crimes by collecting, registering and disseminating this information. It prevents that this valuable information will be forgotten and vanish and helps to reveal and to perceive the dimensions of these crimes. The final aim of the Nemiran Foundation is to submit judicial lawsuits in international and human rights courts against the crimes of the Islamic Government of Iran, based on credible and well-documented evidences.

4- How to cooperate with Nemiran website:

The Nemiran Foundation provides with information to enlighten and to expose numerous cases of crimes and human rights violations committed by the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kurdistan and Iran against the Kurdish people. The ultimate goal is to restore justice to all victims of the crimes and to their families. The crimes were committed by the Iranian Regime. Nemiran website appreciates the cooperation with any person, group, organization, party, institution, etc. in order to achieve this important goal.

5- Financial resources of Nemiran website:

The Nemiran Foundation and its administrators have no financial affiliation. It was established and is managed without any financial support of individuals, groups and organizations. The Foundation does not need financial assistance or support in the first step, which involves collecting, registering and publishing the information about victims.

However, the need for financial support will be inevitable in order to implement the second step – main aid of the foundation – which is to file jurisdiction lawsuits against the crimes of the Islamic Republic of Iran in international judicial authorities. At that phase, the method of financing will be announced publicly.

6- Regulation of Nemiran website

All material and spiritual achievements of Nemiran website belong to “Nemiran Foundation” and any misuse will be prosecuted. The use and dissemination of materials published on the Nemiran website with reference to the source is unrestricted. The Nemiran website is bound to and operates within the framework of international media laws. It publishes contents responsibly. The webmasters decide to publish all information after thorough revision.
