The biography of the unforgettable Reza Karimi was published some time ago by “Nemiran Foundation“. This hero’s will, which was published along with his biography, witnesses how humiliated and helpless the enemy was to him. The steadfast resistance of Reza Karimi in the prisons of the Islamic Republic was on everyone’s lips among his fellow inmates. Yes, Reza Karimi will always be the pride in his nation. Reza Karimi’s resistance and persuasiveness result from the awareness that dignified death is higher than a permanent life in humiliation For this reason, the arrow of the regime’s attacks is always on the families in which persons like Reza Karimi were raised. “Ali”, the father of Reza Karimi, “Hossni Bazargan”, his mother and his siblings have been under constant surveillance and special observation by the regime’s security agencies all these years.

Fayeq Karimi

Fayeq Karimi , Reza Karimi’s brother, was born on the 10.10.1345 Iranian Calendar (31.12.1966). He was another hero of this family. His conviction and resistance were no less than of Reza Karimi. He was known among the people as a potent and competent person. His character was so strong that he was always observed by the regime.

Unfortunately, in 1982, following the confession of a young citizen against Fayeq Karimi, Revolutionary Guards forces raided his family‘s home at night. He was arrested at the age of sixteen. .This young hero bravely resisted the Revolutionary Guards executioners despite endless torture.

Unfortunately, Fayeq Karimi was shot dead along with 42 other people in August 1983 and was buried in the “Wadi Rahmat” cemetery in the city of Tabriz. In this way, he joined the flower garden of the eternal heroes of Kurdistan like his brother Reza. His family was never allowed to see and bury their son’s body. For this reason, they always look at the tombs with suspicion.

A part of Fayeq Karimi’s will which

Two eldest children of the Karimi family were executed within a year and a half. The father of the family could not bear this grief rushed in 1984to visit his children in the paradise of heroes at the age of 57.We read in a part of Fayeq Karimi’s will which is full of resistance confidence:

“Hello, I hope you are all well. My dear parents, my sympathetic brothers and sisters, I hope you are all well. I am well, don’t be sad about me. You do not have to think about me. . I kiss my nephews and nieces. Dear parents, know that I always think of you and I remember you. I need pants, a shirt and underpants here.

 I say goodbye to you, but not forever, God bless you.”
